The challenge here is twofold. Firstly, there is the technical aspect of implementing a system robust enough to detect and label AI content accurately. The turning point came with TikTok's decision to utilize Content Credentials, a technology developed by the Coalition for Content Provenance and Authenticity (C2PA) co-founded by tech giants like Microsoft and Adobe. By integrating this technology, TikTok can now automatically recognize and label AI-generated content, thus providing immediate clarity to its users.
